Force display of start and stop time

   I noticed that my calendars do not show the StartDateTime and EndDateTime values on events that start on hour boundaries. Events that begin before or after the hour boundaries display the time range but I want this to happen for all appointments.

Is there a setting that affects when the time range is displayed? 

I am using Xtreme SuitePro ActiveX 2007 Vol 1 (11.1.3) OCX in an Access 2003/VBA environment.
