How can I hide the scollbar, if there are no Records in the ReportControl?
 
How can I draw the GridLines, if there are no Records in the ReportControl?

Hi,

I too want to know why all of a sudden the Vertical scrollbar shows when there are no records, yet add 1 record and it disappears! This did not happen in prior versions.
