Change-Event-Bug in Scrollbars

   Hi,

there is a bug in your scrollbars.

The "Change"-Event will not fire, if you change the Max-Value

For example:

Private Sub Form_Resize()
   ScrollBar1.Max = (Picture1.Height - Me.ScaleHeight)
End Sub

will normaly fires the "ScrollBar1_Change()" with VB-Standard-Scrollbars. But not with CJ's!

So please fix, THX!
