   I have been trying to add custom labels (CXTPChartAxisCustomLabel) to customize the x-axis of a chart that has the SetArgumentScaleType set to xtpChartScaleQualitative.  The chart is a stacked bar chart.  I've been following the Stock sample to set up the custom labels.  However, whenever the code is enabled no labels appear on the axis.  Does anyone have any suggestions or samples on how to add custom labels to such a chart?
