when ShowCaptionMaximizeButton=true, can I set to include this on all windows?

when a docked pane is maximized,  can I set the max top, left, bottom, right coordinates?

when a floating pane is maximized,  can I set the max top, left, bottom, right coordinates?

if not, is anyone prepared to provide this as part of paid support?
