Possible bug with 12 pm noon

This only happens when locale is set to use am/pm - in the appointment dialog (calendar demo), set start time as 12pm, end as 1pm (e.g. lunch). Then open recurrence and the combo boxes have 12pm and 1am. I think the ParceTimeString_min() may be causing this.
