how to cleanup a CXTPDockingPane

Do I need to destroy a docking pane on program exit?
I create them using this code:

m_dockingPaneSymbols = m_paneManager.CreatePane(IDS_PANE_SYMBOLS, CRect(0, 0,200, 120), xtpPaneDockLeft);

I am getting messages like this when the a debugging session finishes:
