Drag and Drop - Need help from a VB expert

As you can see in my signature I'm not a VB'er, but I've been using it when I need some CJ COM functionality not avaiable in my environment, with success so far.

But now I'm facing a problem that I couldn't solve by myself, related to transparency and/or Drag&Drop:

I need to drag some items from CJ controls to another control that doesn't use OLE, but only the old style Drag&Drop (VB3?). To achieve this I can imagine a few solutions, but couldn't find out a way to do it in VB:

1. Create an old style Drag&Drop object from the codejock created OLEDrag object. Is this possible at all?

2. Create a transparent control that catches OLE drag&drop events, and put it over the old style control when a OLEDrag operation is detected. I thing I tried everything to create such a transparent control (using VB Label) but nothing seems to work, I guess because of my lack of VB knowledgment.

Can someone help me?
