How Do I Autosize a Task Panel Group

   I have a taskpanel with 2 groups.  I always want the second group to auto resize itself to the bottom of the TaskPanel control regardless of the height of the first group.  I know you can do this in ToolBox View but how do I do it in Explorer view - where both groups are visible as the same time?
This of course must be possible - I just can't get it to work.
