SetMinTrackSize question

   If my the dialog template of my pane is 200x300 dialog units, how can I make sizing of the pane limit to this exact size?
I have designed some dialogs very carefully and do not want scrollbars or anything else interfering with this design. Hence, I need to disable resizing with the correct value.

I don't know how to calculate this value! Hope you know :)
