skin problem when scrolling

   Hi, I have a problem using vista skin (NormalBlack.INI). When I apply the skin to my application a multiline edit control don't scroll correctly. Instead it looks smeared.

I've already tried to override En_Vscroll

void CPlayDevPropPage::OnEnVscrollEditPlaydev()
{
    Invalidate();
}

It works when I click on the scrollbar but when I drag the scrollbar it smears again. Is there a fix for this problem?
I am using ToolkitPro version 11.2.2
