Hi All
Sorry if this has been asked before!
I want to know what takes precendence the set skin or the appearance of a control.
I.e. I have an application which uses the skin framework and the command bars, and I am trying to work out the relationship between the current skin and the appearance of the command bars. Which one does the command bars use the skin or the appearance?
Cheers
Tom

It will use Both.
Appearance for CommandBars will change Style of drawing, Skin will change Colors. Just try all Appearances with enabled/disabled skin and you will see :)

Thanks Olge I'll check that out.
Though I notice when I change the appearance to Office 2007, the colour changes to the office blue and this seems to override the colour that the skin set. Is that right?
