He, I have an application in which I use a tree resources but is visible when the TabWorkspace the icons are not of color form.icon appear in grayscale or not appear.
I want to hide icons TabWorkspace or that the images are 256 colors grayscale
 not appear

Hi,
To hide it, add CommandBars.TabWorkspace.PaintManager.ShowIcons = False
to change colors you need change your ico file.
