How to create a checkbox in a property grid

   Hi,
I have checked the sample property grid application given in the site. I need to create a checkbox (with or without text) as a property grid item. I do not have any source code for the sample given. 
Can anyone please help me to create checkboxes with or without text in property grids? I need code level explanations. Maybe a snippet will do.
