Problems with CXTShellListBase and friends

   Drag/drop does not seem to work correctly. 

CXTShellListBase::OnDragDrop() contains a comment about registering a clipboard format to prevent a user dropping files onto the source window. 

1. This is silly as it stops drag/drop in a multi-file view scenario. 
2. I cannot see where WM_DRAGENTER/WM_DRAGOVER/etc are handled. Is this being done by the Windows ListCtrl ? I ask as dragging files from a shelllistview window shows the usual drop target cursor and not the 'Do not enter' icon. 
3. If I want to get some control over the implementation is it best to use the List and embed it in my own view so I can correctly intercept the drag+drop messages as I need?
4. If no selection is made in the shell list view then the context menu only contains 'New' and 'Properties'. What happened to the clipboard if I copied beforehand?
