If you grab a CXTSplitterWnd split bar and hold the mouse button down, CPU usage pegs to 100%. This happens even if mouse is not being moved. I believe also causing continuous repainting of child views. Sample app demonstrates this problem. Standard MFC CSplitterWnd does not exhibit same problem. 12.0.0, XP-x86.

I have had serious problems with this, so I've set the behavior of the splitter to not show the contents while dragging.
