problems with AddComboButton

   Hi,

am experiencing problems with addCombobutton. i cant see my dropdowns any more. 

Also check report sample. only one dropdown combo is shown where as in code there are quite several called.

Any thing am missing? 

Using 12.0 Beta 2

	Forgot to mention this problem can be viewed in New Item Row sample. any one to shed light on this?
