TItle-bar repaint problem

   The screen-shot below shows what happens after a window from another
application obstructs a docking pane. The title bar does not draw
itself properly. The screen-shot is from the Visual Studio sample.

	Visual Studio 6 demo? I don't think it even comes with such a thing. (any more?) Try upgrading to 8.70?
