Themed toolbar

   Some suggestions:
Since the CXTPPropertyGrid can be so nicely themed, I would be very nice if the build-in toolbar could follow the theme instead of beeing a standard toolbar. I know that there is an exampel on how to create your own toolbar, but what I suggested would be must easier.
And by the way, now when the toolkit provides a good looking CDXTColorDialog class, why does the color item call for the standard color dialog?
