I have the demo version of the TaskPanel running fine, it has all the icons loading and I've played about with it fine.

I have used the same code in my work project and the TaskPanel loads without errors... but also without any icons

Can anyone help here? I have used the Command Window to find out that TaskPanelIcons.Icons.Count = 0... which isn't right as it should be 10

Do you have the ImageList control with the icons and this code?

wndTaskPanel.SetImageList imlTaskPanelIcons

No, I'm using VB.Net and use this method

wndTaskPanel.Icons = TaskPanelIcons.Icons

yeah that is correct... as the sample does. I have searched high and low to see if I've forgotten to port any code from the sample app, but nothing. Can you think what I might have not done or why the ImageManager icons would be empty?

When you open up the ImageManager at design time it is empty?  If so, then you will need to add them again.  This can be done by exporting them form the Codejock Sample, then importing them into your sample.

If this isn't the case I would really like to see your project.

Suddenly it all makes sense!!

I didn't set the ActiveX properties (pretty dumb hey!)

Thanks for you help and patience, hopefully I'll not be a newbie for long
