Tabcontrol eats cursor keys

Hi 
I use a TabControl with several forms containing a lot of standard controls like text, combos etc. As soon as I set the focus to an input field the cursor keys <> up and down doesn't work. That was no problem with 15.x. If I set the focus to the TabControl (Tabcontrol1.SetFocus) it works until changing the tab and setting focus to a control.

Any work around for this?
