Hello,

What I am interested in doing is having a tabbed window that acts like a normal view window.  I would like to be able to:

* hide the tabbed view
* arrange the tab view below another view, similar to the splitter window example

Another way to illustrate this is to think of a scenario where you build an SDI style application with splitter windows.  One of the splitter panes contains a current document being worked on, the other panes are there to display other helpful information and controls.  (similar to Roxio cd creator or Nero with the over-under style views) Then you decide that you want multiple documents accessible using tabs.  The goal would be to replace that current document view in the splitter style windows with one that has tabs (one note style) that still can be displayed in the over-under style or hidden if necessary.

Thanks! -Justin
