Subclassing CXTSplitterWndEx

   I have subclassed the CXTSplitterWndEx in order to override the OnDrawSplitter function.  I need to be able to apply a "skin" to the splitter bar.  The problem is the OnDrawSplitter function is never getting called.

Any idea why this function is not getting called?
