[SOLVED] Splitter drawn over form

Hi,

When having a form set to topmost (FormExtender control) I noticed that splitter of DockingPanes is drawn over this form. I never noticed this before so I'm asking if this is correct way?

yes, for modern OS no we added modern Alpha splitter trackers. 
No flickers and works better for topmost forms. ( for users its much better to draw it over)
