Slow starting/leaving application

   Hi,
I just upgraded to 16.3.1, and now starting (and leaving) our application is very very slow, taking something like 20 seconds more than before 16.3.1. If I break the execution to see what's going on, all the time is being spent in the hook management.
Is this a known problem? What can I do to avoid this?

	Hello Normand, Can you re-produce the same problem with any of the sample applications included into ToolkitPro? If no, it can be specific to either your system, e.i. conflict with some software that uses hooks, or to your scenario of usage, in this case we'd appreciate a sample application from you so that we could debug it.
