Okay, I know there is a previous post regarding this issue with some valuable information. But I don't know how to do this.

Could somebody provide step-by-step instructions or upload a code sample demonstrating how to set my web browser as the default.

Please help folks, desperate here people.

Please don't create a new topic for existing issues. Post a reply in the existing topic.

I posted a new topic because its respectful not to bring up older posts.

I took a look at the web page you offered but it's just another explanation of my own problem.

To be truthful, I'm not having trouble assigning my applications to open the files commonly used in a web browser. What I'm having trouble with is setting the app as the default browser. I understand that it does have something to do with the user's registry but I am not familiar within that area much at all.

Several persons has tried to help me with this issue but it doesn't really cover my issue unfortunately.

So I'll continue to review my previous topics but I doubt there will be any useful information there.

I would also like to apologize for how I may come on in my posts but this has been the one problem that has run from me for quite some time. It's so tedious. :p
