Set an Height for the CommandBar

How can i set an Height for my CommandBar?

I test some ideas, but nothing works.
Have any body a solution?

	Hello, you can try GetCommandBars()->GetCommandBarsOptions()->bShowTextBelowIcons =TRUE instead xtpFlagSmartLayout
