Hello
I proposed the possibility to select a range of rows simply by draging the mouse (common listbox style). CJ told me that this conflicts with the new d&d feature. So far so good. But can you imagine that d&d only works for selected rows? So draging one row was divided into 2 steps: 1 click for selection, 2 move the row, or select many rows then move the selection.
If this can not be done at least the possibility to select as described if d&d was disabled.
Any comments?
Fabian

An other idea...
Moving the pointer to the left border of the control should change to the right pointing arrow. Draging it would select the appropriate rows. This selected rows could draged as a whole block as described in my previous post.
Any comment?

Is really nobody interested in this feature? My clients drive me crazy about that...
![]() Selecting a range of rows with only a mouse move would be welcome for 10.4.
Thanks for any comment
