ScrollViewer Small/LargeChange

   Is there any way to set the ScrollViewer small/large change values for the scroll thumb in Markup? I don't see anything in the MarkupScrollViewer object properties, but maybe there is a way with markup strings? If not, can this be added? I'd like to be able to have a ScrollViewer with rows of text and have the scrolling always move a whole row (i.e. never show partial rows).
