Scrollbar is disabled !

   I am using Xtreme ToolKit Pro 9.60.1 and using the Report Control;

I have enabled the Scrollbars ( Horizontal ) for the grid ! 

The Left Button of the scroll bar is always disabled ! i move to the
xtreme right column using the right arrow of the scrollbar ! but when i
have to scroll left the left arrow button of the sroll bar is disabled
! 

Is that a bug or i got to enable it using some methods !!
