Can you please make the following methods virtual?

- CXTPShortcutManager::DisableShortcuts
- CXTPShortcutManager::TranslateAccelerator
- CXTPPropertySheet::SetActivePage (both)

Also I need to call CXTPCommandBars::AddCustomBar from automation. It would be nice if you can change it to public.
