Reorder ShortcutBar Items

 Is there a simple way to reorder the items in a ShortcutBar control?  Currently it looks as if the only way to do this would be to remove all of the items by calling RemoveAllItems and then add the items back into the control one by one in the new order with AddItem.  Does the control support reordering the items on its own or in some other simpler way? 
Product: Xtreme Toolkit Pro version 13.3 
Platform: Windows 7 (32 or 64 bit)
Language: Visual C++ 9.0
