Regarding fullscreen

   I've seen requests for this before, but here we go again :)

Wouldn't it be possible to add CXTPDockingPane::ShowFullscreen(BOOL bFullScreen)? It's really tricky to implement this on your own, without CJ knowledge ;)

To maximize a pane on the current monitor, with one function call, would be great. What do you think of that?
