Is it possible to modify PropertyGrid.HighlightChangedItems settings ?

Hi,
You could set a default value for every added propertygrid item and add following line in ValueChanged event:
Item.ValueMetrics.ForeColor = IIf((Item.Value <> Item.DefaultValue), vbRed, vbBlack)
