PropertyGridItem in CXTList cell?

   Is this even remotely plausable?  Has anyone done it?  I have lots of useful propertygrid items built and would love to use them in a certain situation with CXTListCtrl as a grid (and share future datatypes between my propertygrids and listctrls in the future).
Im thinking one way would be to shove a CXTPPropertyGrid within the list's cell and have it  configured to show only one property value and no help fields, tbs, etc (or even a label), and then of course attach the desired propertygriditem.
Anyone have any ideas on how this could be done?
