The CodeJock calendar + MAPI data provider isn't displaying appointments at the same time as Outlook when the timezone is different from the current appointment. The problem is that the calendar control doesn't support timezones at all (making it impossible to use, MAPI or not, in cases where data needs to be represented per timezone.)

We found this because we had two customers independently mention to us that meeting requests (common Outlook feature) sent across timezones display at the wrong time in our calendar. After doing a bunch of digging we were able to come up with SOME of a solution, however, it's complex, spread across numerous files, too long to post here, and probably breaks other CodeJock components that integrate with the calendar. These other components would have to be updated to be "timezone capable." This code should also address the issue in my other thread about the problems stemming from the 2007 timezone changes.

We'd like to share the part of the solution that we HAVE come up with so it can be properly integrated into the rest of the library, how should we do this?
