Most of my panes are derived from CFormView. Unfortunately ToolkitPro does not have much to offer for this class except the CXTResizeFormView, which I do not use...

I am looking for a way to make CFormView to look like the rest of the windows, that is themed. Anybody has any suggestions how do I go about it? The CXTResizeFormView does not offer any support for themes...

Plan B: how do I do custom drawn CFormView?

Thanks for reply.  Can I send you some more detailed info on what I am trying to do and show you the results?

Thanks,

A CView / CFormView / CScrollView / CDialog which takes up the theme/scrollbar style etc. would be indeed nice and is badly missing.

Now the regular pane created with CFormView looks gray, like a regular CDialog. It looks quite incompatible to all the rest of the panes and controls that have Office2003 theme (blue). I'd like to be able to change to to more "compatible backgraound color, or even to white...

Hi,
its quite easy - just catch WM_CTLCOLOR and return Blue brush. see description of WM_CTLCOLOR  in MSDN.
