Just create an event with about 3 recurrences in the Calendar Sample Program.

Then take a look in the events.xml file to see your new event.

Delete each occurrence of this event (not series).
For each deletion an exception will be added to the master event.

After that close the Calendar Sample Programm to save all changes to the event.xml and look at it again. You see all 3 exceptions.

If you restart the Calendar Sample program you see no events any more, and your DataProvider has got a some pretty dead data.

I guess this is a bug.

Proposal:
There should be a counter in the master event which counts the number of occurrences. If number of exceptions for deleted occurences will be equal of the number of occurrences, the master event should be deleted automatically.

If it is possible, set this on your support case list on the top and inform me about a solution.

Thanks

HansN
