I want to know how to change font color (and bold style, size) in the title caption of the main window application.

Windows OS doesn't have API function for caption font/color in individual window .

Oh... I may misunderstand about this question and though it can change.  Because I open the Outlook 2007 and see the color of the font in the title bar, it have multi-colors(by default).

its not standard Frame. You can set same Office2007 frame using our code. See CustomThemes sample.
