Is it possible to

 
(a) set the internal margins for the cells in a report? When i turn vert & horz gridlines the cell content is a bit close to the grid lines
 
(b) it is possible to get a vertical gab between rows and a horizontal gap between columns?
 
Purchased the control on Friday and like what I see so far...
