is it possible to create a taskdialog control without a form like in a module sub or function and allow to position it center on screen?

Try this

Dim TaskDialog
Set TaskDialog = CreateObject("Codejock.TaskDialog.11.2.0")
TaskDialog.ShowDialog

It centered by default.
