Is there is any way that i could set different colors to the back color of the columns header ?

wndReportControl.PaintManager.CaptionBackColor = RGB(r, g, b)

is this on a per column basis or only for the whole caption?

i meant each column header has its own back color ... is that possible ?

No, this is possible only for the whole caption.
