Is this forum an official place for support from CodeJock, or is it just a place for developers that use CodeJock to hang out? I only ask because I'm new around here and the name "CodeJock Developer Community" just made me wonder.

Also, I'm a bit miffed as to the lack of response from anyone at CodeJock to any of the issues raised in the Extreme SyntaxEdit forum. Several quesions I posted there have gone unanswered for two weeks.

If you are looking for an immediate response you can submit your question to support@codejock.com.

Generally these forums are actively supported by the Codejock developer community, however Codejock developers themselves also review posts frequently and provide answers.

We are currently working on enhancing and correcting all of the issues that have been submitted regarding the Syntax Edit control. I will see about "lighting some fires" to get some of those unanswered posts answered in the Syntax Edit forums. Thanks for your patience!
