I have a report with ShowGroupBox = True and AllowColumnReorder = False.

When I drag a column up to the group box it works as expected. However, even though AllowColumnReorder = False, it allows me to drop the column that is in the group box anywhere I want. Shouldn't it drop back into it's original position regardless of where the user tries to put it?

Option AllowColumnReorder doesn't disables all operations with columns. It simply disables columns drag'n'drop in the header. With this option disabled, you still can use Field Chooser for example.

This is a piece of behavior, and I'm not sure that it should be changed somehow...

Can't you just force a column to it's original location if a user drops the column back onto the header from the groupbox if AllowColumnReorder = False?

With the functionality the way it is, the AllowColumnReorder property is useless if ShowGroupBox = True
