This is a real basic question, but I can't find the answer. I don't see the SkinFramework listed on the Purchase section of the Codejock site ( http://www.codejock.com/purchase/ - http://www.codejock.com/purchase/ ). Does this mean the SkinFramework can not be purchased individually?

Yes, SkinFramework now is only part of ToolkitPro.
