Our software product can be used over Terminal Services.  Terminal Services on Windows 2000 is not full color.  This is downsampling our application where all the Toolbars and Icons are grainy.  We have fixed the toolbars so they revert back however we thought about creating two sets of icons, 1 Full Color and 1 256 Color.   However, the 256 color icons when used appear to almost upconvert to full color causing the same grainy appearance.  Is there a setting we are missing are is this a feature of the toolbar itself.

I have Win2K TS users also.  Tested XCB and used plain jane Office2000 w/16 color icons.  Programming for Win2K TS, 256 colors is about the same as dealing with CGA back in the day :)
