The following is the remarks given in the CodeHelp for ClientHeight Property, actually we are struggling to accomplish the requirement similar to that.

The ClientHeight property is used to indicate the minimum total height the Task Panel can be before the scrollbar is displayed. This can be useful for doing something like adding a child task panel (as a control item) and suncronize its height with height so that no scroll bars will be displayed.
