Will Unicows ever be supported by the Xtreme ToolkitPro skinframework?

A test with the 10.4.2 update still indicates problems in the area.

Microsoft claims that Unicows does not affect systems such as Vista, XP, NT, W2K, and W3K and in fact is not called at all. So why is the skinframework affected on these systems?
