kindly download the code from above link.

Scenario: I have an MDI form, a MDI child form and a modal form

MID Form:
The MDI Form has one skinframework and commandbar

The MDI Child form:
The mdi child has a reportcontrol. Note if the reportcontrol is omitted then the application behaves ok.
It also has an ok button with property cancel = true

The modal form:
The modal form has an ok button with property cancel = true

Bug occurrence
:
steps
1. click 'load mdichild form with reportcontrol' from the file menu
2. click 'load modal form' from the file menu
3. press Esc. (This action is supposed to unload the modal form first then the child form because both of them have an ok button with property cancel = true)
apparently the child form is unloaded first then the modal form.

Bug non-occurrence
The bug does not occur when:
- you load a form without a report control.
- you load the modal form from the 'modal form' button in the mdi child form
- The skin is disabled

please note:
when the command bar is dropped on a Form with VB menus three items are not reflected as they should:
- the shortcut keys
-the state of the menu e.g. enabled, checked. For instance: when you disable skin from file, the state should change to unchecked.
-pop-ups are not skinned
-windows list is not populated

compare the two menus when you right click on the mdi form

is it just me or....Thanks!

Hi oleg!

i noticed part of the problem was fixed but still there is an issue when the form looses focus on loading modal form. Using above attachment do look at the behaviour of the child form(which is supposed to unload on Esc) after modal form is unloaded. it doesnot unload until it looses focus and then regains focus.

Thanks
