My custom icons is not showing and i want to change the event background color

this is my Code

add the icon to theam

objThemeOfice2007.CustomIcons.LoadBitmap(ConfigSettings.getAppliationFile & "images\Reminder.bmp", XtremeCalendarControl.CalendarEventIconIDs.xtpCalendarEventIconIDReminder, XtremeCalendarControl.XTPImageState.xtpImageNormal)

Assign the icon to events

ptrEvent.CustomIcons.Add(XtremeCalendarControl.CalendarEventIconIDs.xtpCalendarEventIconIDReminder)
